General Questions

Do I need to register to make a donation?

To make a one-time donation, there is no need to register. However, there are several advantages to registration. For example, you can review your donation history, save your personal and payment information (credit/debit card) and set up recurring (weekly, monthly or annual) donations.

How do I schedule a weekly, monthly or annual donation?

Any donation can be made on a one-time or recurring (weekly, monthly or annual) basis. For each fund you are donating to, choose "One Time", "Weekly", "Monthly" or "Annual" from the pull-down menu. If you choose "Weekly", specify the day of the week you wish to make your donation it will happen on the same day each week. If you choose "Monthly", specify the date you wish to make your first donation; future donations will be made on the same day of each month. If you choose "Annual", specify the month and date you wish to make your first donation; future donations will be made on the same month and date of each year.

With the exception of certain funds that have limited durations, all recurring donations are set to continue until you cancel it.

How do I change or cancel a weekly, monthly or annual donation?

If you have set up a recurring (weekly, monthly or annual) donation, you can change or cancel it at any time. Once you log into your account, click on "Donations" at the main menu on the left-hand side. Here you will find information about your past and scheduled donation. Under Scheduled Donations. find the donation to which you want to make a change or cancellation. If you wish to make a change, click on "Edit" on the right-most column - you can change the amount of donation or the frequency. If you wish to cancel, click on the trash can icon.

Can I cancel my scheduled donations at any time?

You can log in and delete your scheduled donations at any time or contact the administrator at your faith-based organization to delete the scheduled donations on your behalf.

Are all of my donations tax-deductible?

Donations to qualified non-profit organizations are tax-deductible. Please confirm with the faith-based organization to which you make your donations.

Who do you share my donation and personal information with?

We will use your personal information in accordance with our >privacy policy. The administrators at your faith-based organization do not have access to credit/debit card information, but can view your personal information and donation history.

Can I make a donation in someone else's name?

You can dedicate your donation in someone's name or to a cause. When making a donation, click on the checkbox next to "Add Dedication", and a box will open up where you can type in your dedication. For security reasons, you must provide your name to us when making a donation.

Can I make an anonymous donation?

We do not currently allow donations to be made anonymously.

Payment Questions

How may I pay for my donations?

We accept MasterCard credit and debit cards only.

How long does it take for a donation to clear (funds to be debited) from my bank or card account?

When making a donation with a credit card or debit card, it may take two to three business days to clear your bank or post to your card statement.

How will my donation be reflected on my credit card or bank statement?

Your donation, while it is pending, may show up as PAY*DONATION(PENDING) on your online bank account or credit card statement. Once your payment has cleared, the transaction descriptor will change to the name of your faith-based organization.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Reversals

How can I cancel a donation? How do I request a refund for a donation that was already completed?

We can only accept refund and cancellation requests from the faith-based organization to which you made your donation. If you wish to request for a refund or cancellation, please contact the faith-based organization directly.

Why was my donation declined?

Donations may not be authorized for processing by your bank or financial institution. Please contact your bank or financial institution for details.

What do I do if I made a duplicate donation?

Please contact the faith-based organization to which you made the donation and request a cancellation or refund.

Account Management Questions

I forgot the password to my user account. What should I do?

Please contact us to request a temporary password to be e-mailed to the e-mail address on file with your user account.

How can I view my donation history?

If you are a registered user, you may access your donation history at any time. Once you logged into your account, click "Donations" at the main menu on the left-hand side, and you'll find information about your past and scheduled donations.

Is your web site secure?

We treat security very seriously and take multiple measures to protect you and your information. We ensure that your personal and financial data is kept confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We process your transactions and store your credit card information in accordance with PCI standards.

Refunds

Who do I contact for refunds?

Please contact us with the following information:

  • Name of donor;
  • Name of faith-based organization;
  • Organization ID;
  • Name of fund;
  • Date of donation;
  • Transaction reference number;
  • Amount to be refunded; and
  • Reason for the refund.

Who can request a refund?

All refund requests must come from an authorized representative of the faith-based organization to which the donation was made. We cannot process refund requests from donors.

How long does a refund take to complete?

Generally, credit card or debit card returns will be refunded in two to three business days.

Donation Processing

How long does it take for a donation to be reach the bank account of the faith-based organization?

Generally, funds will reach the bank account of the faith-based organizationwithin four business days after the transaction has been submitted for processing, subject to any risk reviews or bank processing delays.

For example: If a donation is made using a credit card on a Friday, the donation will usually be sent for processing on Monday and will be deposited to the bank account by Thursday.
